Problem 01
The editor won't load
You click 'Edit with Elementor' and get a spinning loader, a blank panel or an error, so nobody can update the site.
If your Elementor website is broken, won’t open in the editor or has gone wrong after an update, we’ll find out why and put it right. We’re a Bristol team who design, build and look after Elementor websites, so we check the whole WordPress site, fix the cause and explain what happened.
We help with layout problems, plugin conflicts, errors after updates, forms that have stopped sending and the small changes you need done properly.

What it should be
Sound familiar?
Most support requests start with one of these. Some are quick to put right; others point to a deeper problem worth solving properly.
Problem 01
You click 'Edit with Elementor' and get a spinning loader, a blank panel or an error, so nobody can update the site.
Problem 02
After a WordPress, Elementor or plugin update, sections have moved, styles have gone or pages look wrong on mobile.
Problem 03
The site shows a white screen, a 500 error or WordPress's critical error message, and visitors can't reach you.
Problem 04
A form stops sending, a menu misbehaves or a popup won’t close. It looks minor, but it can cost you enquiries.
Where we fit
Elementor's own support covers Elementor's products. Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes, custom code, issues with non-Elementor hosting and malware clean-up all fall outside its standard scope.
That’s where we come in. We look at your whole WordPress site, including the theme, plugins and server, and fix the underlying cause rather than applying a workaround that breaks again next month.

How we handle every request
What we fix
We handle everything from urgent errors to the small jobs that have sat on your to-do list for months.
01
Critical errors, 500 errors and pages that won't load, traced back to the plugin, theme, PHP version or server setting behind them.
02
An editor that won't load, changes that won't save and Elementor Pro features that have stopped working.
03
Broken sections, spacing and styles, and layouts that fall apart on phones and tablets.
04
Clashes between Elementor, add-on packs and other plugins, often triggered by an update.
05
Contact forms that don't send, popups that misfire, and tracking or CRM connections that have dropped.
06
New sections, page edits and tweaks that are quicker for a specialist than for your team.
Proof
Rebuild
The site was slow, unreliable and had been compromised by malware. We rebuilt it on WordPress with Elementor and put hosting, maintenance and monitoring in place to keep it secure.
Ongoing fixes
We maintained the site and made incremental fixes over several years, before a complete overhaul brought it up to the standard of the brand.
Cost
The cost depends on what's causing the problem. Book a call and we'll talk through what's happening and what it will take to put right. If problems keep coming back, ongoing Elementor maintenance might be a better option.
How it works
A simple route from your first message to a working site.
Stage 01
Book a call or send us the details: what's happening, when it started and any error messages you've seen.
Stage 02
We reproduce the problem and track down the cause, whether it's Elementor, a plugin, the theme or the server.
Stage 03
We make the fix, then test the affected pages on desktop and mobile.
Stage 04
You get a short summary of what went wrong and how to stop it happening again.
Questions
Who can fix my Elementor website quickly?
We can. We’re a Bristol-based team that designs, builds, and looks after Elementor websites every day. We work on the whole WordPress site, not only the page builder, so we know where problems tend to come from. Send us the details, and we’ll look at what’s causing it.
What should I send you?
The address of the affected page, what you expected to happen, what's happening instead, when it started and any error messages or screenshots. It also helps to know whether anything was updated or changed just before the problem appeared.
How is this different from Elementor's own support?
Elementor's support covers its own products. Conflicts caused by third-party plugins or themes, custom code, non-Elementor hosting and malware clean-up fall outside its standard scope. We look at the whole WordPress site, so those are the problems we can help with.
Why did my Elementor site break after an update?
Usually because Elementor, Elementor Pro, your theme or an add-on plugin have fallen out of step with each other, or because custom code relied on something the update changed. Testing updates on a staging copy first prevents most of these problems.
How do I stop problems coming back?
Most repeat problems come from updates applied without testing, conflicting plugins or custom code nobody documented. Keeping WordPress, Elementor and plugins updated in a controlled way, or handing that job to a maintenance plan, prevents most of them.
Can you help if my site has been hacked?
Yes. We've rebuilt and secured Elementor sites that were compromised by malware, and put hosting, maintenance and monitoring in place afterwards to keep them protected.
Do I need a maintenance plan, or can I pay for a one-off fix?
Either works. A one-off fix suits a single problem. If issues keep coming back, a maintenance plan keeps WordPress, Elementor and your plugins updated and tested for you.
Can you fix an Elementor site you didn’t build?
Yes. We work on WordPress and Elementor sites, whether we built them or not. Whoever built the site, we always start in the same place: by finding out what’s causing the problem.
