In development · try the demoAn AI chatbot for your website that knows your business inside out. It answers visitors’ questions from your own approved pages, sends them to the right page, takes enquiries with consent and hands over to a person when it should. Then it shows you what people asked and suggests improvements for you to approve, so it keeps getting better.
What it does
Your visitors’ questions don’t wait for office hours, and most website chatbots give generic answers or none at all. This AI chatbot is built around your own pages, services and goals, for small businesses from trades and construction firms to accountants, law firms, cafés and travel companies.
Replies come from your own approved pages and FAQs, with a link to the page each answer is based on.
Visitors are pointed to the service, guide or pricing page that answers their question, so they find what they need on your website instead of going back to Google.
When someone wants a quote or a call, it collects their details with a clear consent box and sends them to you.
If it doesn’t have an approved answer, it says so and offers your phone, email or booking link instead of guessing.
Try it
This demo uses a handful of sample facts from nivo.co.uk. Ask a question, rate an answer or ask for a call, and watch the anonymous figures your dashboard would record appear beside the chat.
How it works
Your chatbot doesn’t rely on what the rest of the internet says about your business. It works from a knowledge pack: the facts from your website that you’ve checked and approved.
Your service pages, FAQs, prices and policies are the starting point, taken straight from your website.
We turn them into a knowledge pack. You check every fact before it goes live.
Each answer comes from the approved pack and links to the page it’s based on.
It never invents prices, services or policies. If something isn’t in the approved pack, it says it doesn’t know and offers a person.
How it keeps improving
Questions, feedback and gaps feed a regular list of suggested improvements. You decide what changes, and any change can be undone.
Reporting
The dashboard shows how your chatbot is doing, what people ask and where it needs help. Try changing the website and date range, opening a table view or approving a suggestion.
What you’d see
Four things your chatbot gives you every week, shown here with example content.
Read the questions people ask most, grouped by topic, and how the assistant answered them.
Enquiries arrive in your inbox with the visitor’s consent, so no lead gets lost in a chat window.
Trends over time, answer rate, feedback, page clicks and running costs, plus a weekly email summary.
“Do you build Shopify sites?” unanswered 13 times
Drafted from gaps and feedback, each with evidence and a source, waiting for your approval.
Safe by design
Privacy and security are part of the design from the start, not added later.
Visitors are told they’re chatting with AI, with a link to your privacy policy and an easy way to reach a person.
Contact details are only collected with a clear consent box, and go to your inbox, not into the reports.
The dashboard counts questions, answers and clicks without names, emails or messages.
The keys that connect your chatbot to its AI model stay on our servers, never in your website’s code. Limits on message length and abuse protection help stop misuse.
FAQs
Questions
Is this available now?
Not yet. We’re developing it, starting with our own website. The chat and dashboard on this page are demos with sample answers and sample data. If you’d like one for your website, talk to us and we’ll keep you updated.
Is the demo on this page real AI?
No. The demo matches your question against a small set of sample facts in your browser, so you can see how the chatbot behaves. The real chatbot uses an AI model on our servers, answering only from your approved content.
Will it make things up, like prices or policies?
It’s designed not to. It answers only from content you’ve approved, links to the page each answer comes from, and when it doesn’t have an approved answer it says so and offers a person instead of guessing.
How does it keep improving?
It records which questions it couldn’t answer, which answers visitors marked as unhelpful and which pages have changed. It then drafts suggested improvements for you to approve, edit or reject. Nothing changes on your chatbot until you’ve approved it.
What does the reporting dashboard show?
Conversations, the questions and topics people ask about, how many it answered from your content, visitor feedback, enquiries, clicks to your pages, AI running costs and suggested improvements, with date and website filters and a weekly email summary.
Will it work with my website?
It’s being designed to work on WordPress and Elementor websites and on other websites, added with one small piece of code, with its look matched to your brand.
How much does an AI chatbot cost?
We haven’t set pricing yet. The chatbot is still in development, so there’s no price or launch date to share. Register your interest and we’ll keep you updated.
What about GDPR and privacy?
It’s being designed for UK GDPR: visitors are told they’re chatting with AI, enquiries need consent, conversations aren’t stored by default, and the reporting uses anonymous figures. Each client would have its own data and a data processing agreement.
