Messaging Workshop FAQ's
A messaging workshop is made up of two parts. The first deals with developing the right language and tone for your brand. The second part deals with personas and developing tailored messaging for Persona.
Yes, although a messaging workshop is a best suited to a meeting room, we can deliver this workshop via a video conference call. Please let us know before hand if you would prefer to attend a workshop via video.
Ideally, two people from a business should attend a workshop. This helps us to get a broader understanding of your business. Typically we would encourage a head of marketing role and any other person in the business who helps with marketing.
A messaging workshop lasts for approximately 3.5 hours. We would normally deliver a workshop over the duration of a morning or an afternoon session.
From the workshop we'll collate all of the marketing messages and persona profiles into a central document. We will then share this with you. The document will make recommendations on how and where to use the marketing messages and persona insight.
It may seem easy to create marketing messages for your customers. However, marketing specialists have knowledge and experience in doing this for their clients. That's why we recommend that you use Nivo Digital to help you with this process.
